I am a creative person with proficiency in troubleshooting, process improvements, striving for excellence, working with
internal and external stakeholder, interacting with various business verticals. I'm always willing to learn and I enjoy
knowledge sharing. I'm an excellent quick learner and a motivated self-starter. Over the years I developed a strong result
driven mentality aiming to Continuous Improvement and trained to Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and Agile methodologies. IT,
Electronics and Telecommunications are my biggest passions and I see them as the best way to express my creativity and
the ability to see things with a helicopter view, preventing possible problems, errors and reducing risks. I also have good
knowledge of different programming languages and a big interest for the Internet of Things since its birth. I also really

2019-10 - Presente
Italy the Energy market, located in Italy and Germany. I was hired as the only software developer in order to improve an existing WebApp consisting in an ERP system created using ASP.NET MVC
(C#), Bootstrap and MySql and an Android App (written in Java) used for CAD design. After a code
analysis I noticed that lots of standard and/or conventions, also in terms of security where not
respected nor implemented and the number of possible bugs was really high. Due to that I
decided to recreate both Apps from scratch. Architectures/framework used are Maven, Spring
Boot, Hibernate, MySql, RESTful API, JSON and Angular (with PrimeNG components).
2019-05 - 2019-08
Catania Neperia Group operates internationally, has offices in Rome, Ragusa and Catania and their
Italy customers are operating in different market sectors. They hired me as full stack developer, to work within a team with two junior/medior developers, in order to develop a trading platform (in the form of a client-side application) for one of their customer (Xtrade). When needed I was also
involved in helping other developers working in other projects. The mainly used
architectures/framework where Maven, Spring Boot, MySql, RESTful API, JSON and Angular. I was
personally using Tomcat as Application Server.
2017-01 - 2019-04
The Netherlands having the luck to use and grow my experience with many different frameworks and integration
patterns (Spring, Angular, Bootstrap, Vaadin, Wicket, Mockito, Maven, Hybernate, MySQL/PLSql, AspectJ, Tomcat, WebSphere, ActiveMQ, IBMMq, RESTful API, SOAP API, JSON and so on). The
first two months I've got training on Java programming and then I joined the team developing and maintain a web application for digital identity verification in Utrecht HQ. Since March I was
relocated in Amsterdam at the UWV (Employee insurance agency in the Netherlands) and I was
part of the development team for the WTL application (Wet tegemoetkoming loondomein - law compensation wage domain) used by municipalities, companies, the tax office and UWV itself.
2014-02 - 2016-04
The Netherlands allocation and their optimization. I had frequent interaction with other department or vendors and responsibility of evaluating the functionality of the service performing system administration
activities. My duties included also, customer's master data management, API implementation,
producing reports and technical documentation and own IT relationships with end-users to resolve connectivity issues.
2012-11 - 2014-01
The Netherlands printers to order their parts/supplies automatically. I had complete ownership on interfaces and applications and their integration into Staples core systems. I was also supporting the Business
Development Managers across Europe with respect to technical issues raised during the sales
cycle. My duties also included to support the development of an Incident Management System,
a Dashboard for measuring the Sales Rep performances and a Database for the customer data
management.
2010-11 - 2012-10
The Netherlands repair/refurbishment of Navigation Devices, manage returns from direct customers and
distributors, collaborate in after sales activity and work with the NPI team to support the introduction of new GPS devices. The role also included duties as producing reports, analyze
trends, change management and evaluating KPI's from vendors.
2009-08 - 2010-11
mandate to provide training to team members about procedures and rules and to coach new
hires. I was the link between the Technical Support and the 2nd Line Support Team, reporting
new technical issue discovered in the field.
2008-01 - 2009-08
The Netherlands within agreed performance levels. The job required to take care of timely escalation of problems
requiring further attention and daily reporting of new issues. In this role I covered also duties as
2nd Line Technical Support Team as a Pilot agent.
2000-05 - 2007-12
Italy suppliers and I was responsible for the process optimization for the production of microchips. In
this role I had to solve problems related to processes and address them to team (Maintenance, Facility or Production) needed, improve the productivity of equipment and perform the characterization of new equipment purchased, participate in bench-marking activities with other
sites and develop new processes for next generations technologies. I was responsible to produce
technical report to evaluate equipment's productivity and saturation and plan accordingly.
