With more than 18 years of commercial leadership experience managing business and change projects in top tier companies, Søren is well founded in the role as change management consultant.

He specifically excels in optimizing systems and processes to support business growth and organizational change journeys in the cross field between sales, marketing and digital.

 

Søren has successfully managed business critical change programs and projects within Novo Nordisk, Demant, Maersk, GN Audio, Profil Optik retail and Bang & Olufsen. The objective of these projects has been to simplify the commercial modus operandi through prioritization and digitization.

His latest assignment was to produce, launch, and manage different training methods for the implementation of Oracle HCM at Milestone Systems targeted at +1.400 employees globally.
