According to a region-wide decision within Region Skåne, a personnel and staffing system will be implemented. Jesse got the chance to strengthen the project as Technical Project Manager when the existing Project Manager choosed to move on to other tasks.
Here, Jesse was responsible for ensuring that the technical conditions were in place for launch, such as database setup as well as network and server setup (infrastructure). As the bridge between IT and operations, he was responsible for ensuring that communication was clear and sufficient at all levels, from supplier to customer.

To replace manual processes with automation (AI) in signal handling, a re-factorization project was started by an old initiative that never turned out well. As a project manager, Jesse was responsible for the progress of the test-driven IT development project in close cooperation with the product owner, from start to finish. A work that included the entire life cycle of the project, from setting requirements for the customer to monitoring development and planning and implementation to the market.
The project was pushed through in a time of major organizational changes, which required that Jesse often had to step out of his role as project manager and support the Product Owner, ScrumMaster, the line organization and more. As a world-leading player in the home security industry, Verisure delivers and operates alarm solutions for millions of customers worldwide. To replace heavy and time-consuming manual processes in commission calculation for salespeople, a project was started to develop and implement a digital tool for collecting, calculating and administering commission data.
Jesse had the overall responsibility as project manager to lead the project from customer vision to product in a test-driven way together with the product owner. The work consisted of the entire chain of the project; from planning, project finance / budget, facilitation of requirements collection, documentation and breakdown in backlog, stakeholder management (internal to steering group - externally to customer), supplier management (technical integrations to third party systems), risk manager for delivery and rollout on time, within budget and with high quality. It also required some continuous improvement work to secure the full coverage of business requirement.

Digitalize and expand traceability in the region In order to simplify the traceability of goods within the region Regionservice decided that they should develop a mobile system as part of the implementation of a new mobile platform. Jesse led the project to create a system specification and a technical developer specification together with the Regional Service Business Area Manager for the Skåne Transport. There after he led the developing project and pushed through an initial pilot test for both the software and hardware which meant coordinating, instruct and lead people from different line organizations.

2014 - 2016 Implementation of booking system for the Region's pool cars In connection with the implementation of a new mobile platform (web solution and app), Regional Service would implement a keyless mobile system for renting the region's pool cars. This would simplify as well as reduce the manual work when it comes to renting. Instead of using an older, "out of date" system with manual key management, they would now use a system with automatic allocation and management of the pool car fleet.
Jesse was responsible for both the customer-related parts with stakeholder management, reporting and more as well as the IT parts where he led together with Skånetransport's requirements analysts the work of creating a set of requirements that met the customer's needs.
