A joint venture between Apoteket and Medco Health Solutions, a US based company. The aim of the project was to customize and implement a nationwide Drug Utilization Review (elektroniskt expeditionsstöd) for the Swedish market. The software and supporting processes was developed in collaboration between Medco and Apoteket under the regulation of FDA and the Swedish Medical Products Agency. Implementation lead for an e-commerce and mail-order concept at 4 different fulfillment centers. The warehouses were newly established and the aim was to remodel their processes and implement a warehouse management system customized for eCom pharmacy. Reported to Head of Supply Chain.
