Responsible for developing a platform for diíerent part systems for diíerent users. The target audience are business customers - the ambition is to make it easier for them to choose a sustainable way of traveling. Mathilda was responsible for a team with engineers and UX-Designer and to make sure that the team understood the needs of the customer and deliver the right value.

Mathilda was involved in a workstream with others Produt Owners working togehter, trying to create a forum for Product Management at Västtrafik. The focus was to prioritize the right thing within the product development and see how the diíerent products could take us closer to the targets for Västtrafik.

Västtrafik AB Responsible for developing a system for ordering and managing school tickets. The target audience are administrators at schools in Västra Götaland making it easier for them to handle and ordering tickets for their pupils. The team built a new system replaicing an old system with a lot of technical debt and security problems.
Mathilda was responsible for a team with engineers and UX-Designer and to make sure that the team understood the needs of the customer and delivered the right value.

Västtrafik AB Partnerportalen: a web portal enabling internal communication to the staí at our partner companies, to make sure that they get the right information regardless of where they are.
A new portal that was developed and launched under my responsibility.
