Swedish public employment service Assignment: Responsible for agile integration delivery and agile process implementation In this assignment Maria was responsible for agile delivery of the development team of 14 people and platform development for enterprise data platform • Agile Coaching in delivery prioritisation and business value mapping • Agile practices for continuous improvement (like stand ups, retros, backlog refinements etc) • Workshop facilitation and agile project delivery Nurturing team culture and visionary road mapping.
Specific Deliveries: Part of the delivery was to drive a pre study and road mapping for the agile delivery for the coming PaaS "integration as a Service". The delivery included workshop facilitation, BA, solution architecture analysis AS IS and TO BE and the implementation road mapping. Project delivery: Maria was responsible for agile project delivery for the initiative within the information and infrastructure security upgrade. The initiative was based on the need of re- evaluation of the new approach within integration and data security, access, identity control and overall upgrade and modernisation of the system landscape. Marias role was an agile lead and workshop facilitator, identifying AS IS, building up the discussions and questioning the "status quo" as well as incremental iterative delivery.
Team delivery: Maria worked with coaching, education within agile WOW and delivery value prioritisation, process optimisation overall nourishing trust, transparency and innovative approach in team delivery.
Strategical road mapping and vision for incremental agile development towards self- management within the team.

The assignment included implementation and anchoring the agile delivery with KANBAN, analysis and optimisation of the delivery flow and make sure the delivery team gets a balanced and efficient WOW. The role included representation of the integration department internally and externally in a position of a Service and platform availability Responsible.
Big part of the assignment included identifications of AS IS and platform integration architectural mapping as a part of product life cycle strategy.
Project Delivery: Marias role included project coordination and stakeholder collaboration. Project delivery for several cross Nordic cross functional projects and an integration architecture advisory within the delivery scope. One of the deliveries as an integration solution architect was participation in the pre study and the POC integration lead for a major initiative within cloud-based platform for the IoT, DL and ML.

Main responsibility new customer management - technical project management, support/ maintenance handling and coordination externally and internally. Facing and communicating with the customer companies that are using Kambis' back-end and front- end platforms was important in the role which included partial Key Account responsibilities as well as tech- solution involvement. That is people relation and capacity speaking technological terms with business holders, was essential for creating base for a great cross team collaboration.
