● Project manager for a governmental nationwide assignment encompassing transformation of an emergency process for evacuation of train passengers and towing of damaged trains. The project included both a large amount of change management but also enforcing the train towing capability by sourcing of 10 diesel locomotives to strategical location in Sweden. Governmental authority with a size of approx. 10.000 employees ● SME and stream lead for a global Ivalua source-to-contract implementation at global Swedish furniture company. Joakim successfully managed an extremely comprehensive planning of the complete implementation project globally for the sourcing and contract module with approx. 2500 end users. A hybrid implementation approach was used which included a mix of waterfall and agile. All sprints were planned in detail in terms of configuration and resources needed. Joakim successfully managed an extremely comprehensive planning of the complete implementation project globally for the sourcing and contract module with approx. 2500 end users. A hybrid implementation approach was used which included a mix of waterfall and agile. All sprints were planned in detail in terms of configuration and resources needed. Retail company with size of approx. 200.000 employees.
● Program lead for a large initiative to set sourcing vision and strategy for a company within the airport business. Definition and alignment of strategic orientation and strategic sourcing model (including multiple evaluation criteria). Assessment and prioritization of high potential areas. Building of several comprehensive business cases to prove potential with alternative sourcing. The project was driven towards the top management and resulted in substantial savings.
