Frank Jaffa is a senior project/program manager and advisor with loads of experience from a great number and variety of IT and change projects and programs through more than 20 years
Through his career, Frank has been headed projects within software development, integration, data migration, infrastructure, standard system implementation, organisational change and agile transformation.
He has a structured approach and is result and progress oriented, customer and business value focussed, and passionate about the delivery of the right solutions to users through the establishment of creative, high performance and quality-oriented project teams and programs.
Frank's qualifications and experience include consultancy and advisory services within project and
program management, business value delivery management, benefit realisation, change management, process analysis and optimization, project models and methodologies, agile transformation and project governance, off-shoring, and he has experience from coaching within areas like project management, system ownership, supplier management, management of IT development, and development and implementation of tailored agile methodologies.
Besides, he has headed several successful project rescue operations for key business critical projects
that were getting close to failure.
Frank has experience from consultancy companies, public sector, pension and finance, transport and
logistics, fintech, and from companies spanning from start-ups to transnational corporations.

The purpose of the NemID JavaScript project was to implement a JavaScript solution that could replace the existing usage of the NemID Java Applet.
Frank was the Project Manager from the start of the development project until final delivery into production and roll-out.
Frank also headed the pre-analysis, the production of tenders as well as the analysis, specification and implementation of optimized project- and development processes, incl. ISO27001 and TDD.

This was the development project for the NemID business solution.
Frank started out this assignment by heading an audit which included a gap analysis in relation to requirements and compliance. Once finished, Frank took over the role as Project Manager, headed a fundamental change process for the project, restructuring its processes and headed the analysis and clarification of the requirements. He headed the project until final delivery into production and roll-out.
Apart from this, Frank participated as advisor regarding re-organization and approach to the re-structuring of the DanID IT and Operations areas, including the establishment of an IT development and maintenance section dedicated entirely to NemID.

Development team lead, scrum master, senior project manager for the NemID Mobile development project.
Frank took over the role as Development Teamlead/Scrum Master for a team of offsite, external developers at the premises of a sub-supplier, and soon took over the position as Project Manager as well.
He headed a fundamental reorganisation of the project and of the work processes on the project to secure quality and delivery.
Frank had this role until he was requested to take over the NemID MOCES II
project.

Frank was project manager for a datawarehouse project at PenSam, which had the task of collecting and restructuring data from a large amount of business applications. Frank headed this project until it became possible to hand it over to an internal project manager and the transition was completed.

Project Manager for compliance/contract management
The purpose of the NemID IBSS project was to implement single authentication system for the entire Danish bank sector as well as public and private service providers.
Frank participated in the first NemID project as Process Analyst and Service Management Specialist.
The task at hand was to conduct a gap analysis towards the existing process apparatus and on that basis create the entire toolbox of operations processes and procedures, align them with ITIL and COBIT, and at the same time tailoring them to the characteristics of the operations organisation and to the special compliance requirements there are to the NemID solution.
Subsequently, Frank was the project manager for the NeSPO project, which was initiated to follow up on the contracts made with sub suppliers - primarily IBM - in relation to NemID. Frank was responsible for the initial gap analysis and for providing a general status for these deliveries, validating if all deliveries had been made, and manage the delivery of contractual outstandings.

Frank headed a web portal development project in its early phase as Project
Manager. Once the project was handed over to an internal Project Manager, the requirements gathering and design were complete, and the development activities were on track.

Frank played a central role in a project organisation and process build-up and subsequently headed the 3 web portal projects in parallel as Project Manager.
At the same time he played had a key position in the organizational preparations for offshoring of the system maintenance and support of the web portals to South Asia.

Frank headed the development project of Electronic General Assembly - an online application that made it possible for corporations to hold general assemblies online with direct broadcast of speakers, voting functionality, real-time debating tools etc.
Once the application was in production, Frank headed the activities relating to offshoring the system maintenance to South Asia.
