Digitalization Implementation: Jarkko has successfully led numerous 
digitalization, automation and data projects using dataflow automation,
robotic process automation tooling and AI. With nearly two decades of 
experience in data projects, Jarkko is very skilled in navigating a project 
through the uncertainties of data.

Driving Change: Jarkko is described as an inspiring leader who builds 
engagement across a business, facilitating collaboration and clear 
communication. His structured way of working helps projects reach their 
desired outcomes. He has effectively applied mentorship models to drive 
competency development.
 

Leading Others: Since 2008, Jarkko has demonstrated effective leadership 
as a team manager (responsibility for 30 employees) and a service manager 
(overseeing solutions with thousands of users). He is experienced in leading 
projects, continuous support and maintenance services, and running 
Operations and IT.
 

Operational Excellence: Jarkko has had responsibility for deliveries and 
maintenance and support services for automation and data solutions since 
2008. He is used to working with teams to setup ways of working that foster 
operational excellence, such as knowledge sharing and structurization, 
setting up clear responsibilities and management practices, choosing and 
implementing KPIs and automating the maintenance and support 
activities. The benefits of his work have been seen through stable or reduced 
maintenance costs even when the amount of content to maintain in the 
support service has substantially increased
