Riassunto
I have been working for more than thirty years in the Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) area, maturing experience in the
implementation of ICT solutions and services for big companies in the markets: telecoms, finance, manufacturing and services, public
administration.
I have followed projects from the analysis, to the implementation and to the final delivery. I always work for the best solutions and services
and with the final aim of satisfying the customers and improving the economic performance.
Innovation and the new technology trends (in particular Cloud
Computing, Big Data and Business Analytics, Internet of Things) are
a priority in my activities and professional training.
I have obtained a Master in Management of II Level at MIP
Polytechnic of Milan - Graduate School of Business, with a project on
defining a business plan and a marketing strategy for a startup in the sector of Big Data and Business Analytics.
Furthermore, I have gained experience in the field of General Data
Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) obtaining in December
2018 the Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E).
I am completing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) advanced training
course at Cefriel.

The Main Duties
Informing and advising users/process owners with regard to the obligations
deriving from the GDPR as well as from other applicable provisions concerning the Processing of Personal Data.
Supporting the process owners in their tasks of monitoring the compliance with applicable privacy laws in order to avoid any breaches and consequential risks for the NTT DATA Italia.
Increasing the awareness on privacy related obligations and performing
training courses on privacy related obligations.
Providing an opinion on the data protection impact assessment (DPIA).
Collaborating with the users/process owners for the purpose of guaranteeing
compliance with the principles of data protection by design and by default.
Cooperating with the Privacy Authority.
Acting as the contact point for the privacy authority/client on issues relating to data processing.
Reporting to the Management bodies of NTT DATA Italia on a periodic basis, the status of GDPR compliance and providing the latter with any relevant
information document and updates on GDPR compliance.
