global context. I have hands on experience in preparing accounts under
Dutch law since 2005, and Norwegian law since 2017, which has given
solid insights into tax, reporting and governance aspects of an
international holding structure. The key perspectives represented relate
to corporate development, strategy, compensation, corporate and
transaction structuring, shareholder reporting, and funding in ICT

Since 2004 engaged in building my own firms engaging in Venture
Development. I am currently focusing efforts in the area of renewable
energy, electric vehicle charging, energy storage and financial advisory,
Artificial intelligence applied to wave energy and autonomous vehicles. I
am highly experienced in wireless technologies, and as the architect of
networks-based ventures. Have been leading global development team
of 6 people. Currently building energy storage venture with Italian cofounder
