I act as an interim consultant, overseeing the entire People Advisory & Compliance team, which also includes NN's HR Shared Service function. The team comprises a total of 18 direct reports located in various continents and countries. My primary focus has been to stabilize the team and align our agenda with NN's business strategy.
Additionally, our agenda prominently features transformation initiatives such as M&A, business transitions, and exit management. This within a high-performance environment that demands resilience to stress and decisive decision-making.

During my first year, we divested the Air & Ocean business, where I served as the HR lead in the due diligence and sales processes. Additionally, I actively participated in steering- and operational groups in significant organizational downsizing initiatives.
This included playing a crucial role in the implementation of one of the largest workforce reductions in the history of PostNord.
I was involved from organizational strategy and design to practical implementation, where we reduced the administrative workforce by 25%. In addition to the above, my responsibilities encompassed managing labor relations, addressing employment law matters, handling workplace safety issues, and creating/implementing new HR processes and procedures on a daily basis.
Furthermore, I played a key role in the operational steering group for the implementation of SAP Success Factors as a new HR system, which was part of a comprehensive four-part transformation program covering HR systems, payroll, time and attendance, and the establishment of an HR Shared Service.
