I’m driven by innovation, kick-starting new projects, and optimizing processes. In 2018, I traveled to Malaysia to launch my own pet food, e-commerce business, PledgeCare. In less than 3.5 years we built our brand from being a small apartment operation to becoming a licensed manufacturer with HACCP procedures and 15+ unique SKUs with a solid presence in multiple countries being one of the pioneers of high-quality pet products in South East Asia.

● In less than 3.5 years I grew our brand from being a small apartment operation to becoming a licensed manufacturer with HACCP procedures. I hired over 10 people, made our business generate more than 175,000 USD in annual revenue, and handled tonnes of raw ingredients every single month.
● In charge of building our online D2C experience in Malaysia consistently achieving a ROAS above 350% with an average customer return rate of 40%. Additionally, I spearheaded our online expansion to Singapore generating more than 15,000 USD in sales within a year on the market with a lean 4-digit budget.
● I lead the growth of our offline channels, e.g., by initiating OEM partnerships and ensuring presence in more than 40 retail outlets.
● As a part of our brand endeavors, I organized one of the biggest fundraiser and adoption drive events in Malaysia in the most recent years. In less than 7 hours we raised over 2,500 USD for Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better.
