Jesper has a considerable experience and focus on servant leadership for development teams, including facilitating, helping, reporting, coaching, finding solution.
He has a broad experience with the challenges between the agile and the classic it-world. Here he makes a great difference due to his many years of experience within IT development in roles as Scrum Master, project manager, team manager and developer, but also due to his interest in people, change management, organization and not the least - results.
