Visual Designer - Chicago, IL

Are you a Visual Designer with UI/UX skills who is all about reinvigorating a brand and bringing in a fresh, creative perspective? Are you familiar with the end-to-end design process and the appropriate methods to inform a UX design system? 

You Will:

• Take existing designs and extend them to the website, mobile, connected devices, and Apple TV
• Navigate and communicate the aesthetics including colors, typography, grid systems, and iconography
• Understand and apply the foundations of visual design
• Craft a new visual language or extend an existing design system
• Contribute to the success of client projects, and help build the culture and design practice
• Help project teams to design the most compelling digital products and services grounded in user value
• Continue to build on design skillsets, seeking out guidance from others, and expand your design toolkit
• Learn how to create a variety of design artifacts and present a solid rationale to clientele

You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in design
• 4+ years of relevant design experience
• Explored mood boards, style tiles, type design, grid systems, color theory, accessibility guidelines, and production-ready specifications
• Passion about building your craft, contributing to new projects, and learning the design process at a consultancy
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Agency and large brand experience
• Professional creative experience in a consulting or in-house environment
• Sketch & Zeplin, InVision, and Adobe CS skills
• A Portfolio of case studies that shows growth in designing for a diverse set of digital products or services grounded in user, business, and technical insights
