Solution Architect/Test Environment Architect

Description of the Division 
Central governance sets guardrails and guidelines to enable teams to deliver value quicker. As a part of the technology enablement of the Customer Centric Tech agile transformation the QA Tech initiative intends to hands-on enable teams with relevant QA technology. 

Description of the project/team 
As a part of a new team working with enabling teams through QA technology we are looking for a test environment architect to set group common guardrails and develop group common guidelines for product teams. 
Hands-on enabling product teams to implement effective ways of working with test environments is the key deliverable. 

Considering the organizational changes we as a company are going through, there is a great drive to standardize test environments across all IT teams. 
To be successful as we believe that you are an excellent communicator, good teacher and are experienced in working in larger organization with a mix of technologies. 

The guardrails and guidelines include setting common names and capabilities for types of environments as well as solutions for shared and individual environments for software development and testing. These aim at making it easier for the product teams to deliver value quicker. 
To be successful as we believe that you are an experienced solution architect, an excellent communicator, good leader and are experienced in working in larger organization with a mix of technologies and ways of working (including waterfall and scaled agile). 


Work tasks: 
• Define and describe common objectives with and requirements on different types of test environments 
• Define, describe and communicate common environment architecture 

Technical Competences: 
• Broad technology experience from organizations with thousands of IT staff 
• Developing and operating applications, hosting and networking platforms in solutions on-premises and in Azure Cloud and in SAP. 
• Solution architecture
