Assignment Details

The Role

In this role you will be working across the following:

  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required in BAU and initiatives
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics (including managing anticipated resistance) and complete change management assessments
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  •  Support communication efforts across the group of change programs
  • Support training efforts with managers and their teams, including document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  •  Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress so that gaps can be closed as required, through the lifecycle of a program
  • Drive and facilitate overall change management at the operational level
  • Speak with the business to simplify the way they communicate and evolve the workplace virtualization brand.
  • Help the process to think about how they want to communicate with the business
  • Highly experience and hold themselves well - can challenge the stakeholders to do it the right way.
  • Track record in implementing coms with the right methodology
  • Template creation, Messaging creation
  • Experience in how to effectively announce their milestone within the projects

Your Profile:

  •  A solid understanding of organisational change processes
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, especially being able to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Ability to guide an organisation and staff to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  •  Forward looking with a holistic approach
  •  Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  •  Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  •  Relevant Tertiary education and Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in project and/or change management - experience in workplace change projects is highly desirable
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  •  Experience dealing with resistance and influencing staff to adopt change
  • Experience in financial services and/or technology industry preferred
