REST and SOAP api connectors fix and make it work

Assignment Details
We have in a git on 21/201/2020 7 working connectors, pulling from accounting systems
Over the past weeks we have added push functionality that works.
We now must make the Laravel Supervisor queue work (it was working before), but we have some token life time issues (except for XERO that we know is only 30 mins).
Work to do:
test run the connectors to see that everyone is working. I can do this test myself, but if it does not work we must immediately dig into it.
we need to work on this together and if it does not work you must check why.

- 10+ years laravel/php/html
- worked with XERO/Quickbooks/Freeagent etc

This is work on the server to make it work so we check the code there.
