Assignment Details

You will be a part of the QA and Test team within IT Division Sales Store. Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the customers company. You will act as QA Lead in projects related to Point of Sales (POS), which is the IT service for global Point Of Sales (POS) for all the customers brands and countries. 

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with the ability to understand our business and complex environment as well as drive quality assessment in all project phases. In your role, you will interact with many parties as well as work closely with our business and suppliers. 

Work tasks: 
• Test management and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout 
• Creation of test plans, test strategies and test reports and other test-related deliverables 
• Collaborate with testers, project managers, requirements analysts, architects, country resources, internal and external suppliers in order to secure quality and delivery within project time frames 
• Manage test meetings, analyse defects and communicate test status 
• Review of Requirement documentation, review and assess test results from test execution 
• Communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-working 
• Reporting to the Project Manager and other stakeholders 
• Provide support to testers 

Technical Competences: 
• Solid (5+ years) experience in QA Lead/Test lead roles for IT-services and/or acquired IT-solutions and products 
• Extensive knowledge in test processes and test methods 
• Experience of test management and quality assurance of complex IT solutions 
• Experience of projects in a global environment 
• Experience of working with services and suppliers 
• Experience from working with retail and/or POS solution is beneficial 

Personal Competences: 
• Self-going and independent with ability to drive tasks to completion 
• Analytical and able to easily understand problem scenarios and identify appropriate solutions 
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Swedish as well as English 
• An ambitious team player full of drive and optimism
