Assignment Details

The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Manager to support assigned global practice areas. This includes brand, content management and thought leadership development; campaign support, marketing analytics and measurement, practice event support and collaboration with cross functional marketing teams. To be successful in this role, a candidate will be highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, and must be able to effectively communicate across with cross functional marketing teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of integrated lead generation campaigns and marketing activities including client events, webinars, direct mail, advertising, email marketing automation, social media and other channels 
  • Assist with the coordination of practice group events, webinars and speaking engagements
  • Create and plan event communications, including invitations and email campaign touchpoints
  • Assist with social media campaign management.
  • Extract and summarize marketing data from various sources (Salesforce, Marketing automation, social media, etc.)
  • Work closely with our Design team to produce new graphics, templates, and branded materials
  • Other duties as assigned by Global Brand and Client Marketing team
     

Required:

  • Experience in a marketing role preferably in B2B marketing, within consulting and/or commercial insurance preferred
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills are required
  • Familiarity with project management tools are preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation and Salesforce preferred
