Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR document control
- Assist with benefit information (Plug and play employee information into HRIS system)
- Assist with employee on-boarding and new hire orientations
- Manage HR billing
- Review Payroll for accuracy
- Assist in recruitment (Resume review, phone screening)
- Tracking and responding to HRIS ticketing system
- Assist with cross-functional HR auditing
- Serves as department liaison with Legal, Billing and IT for HR department issues
- Assist with employee requests
- Respond to employee record changes
- File and update employee records
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as HR Assistant/HR Coordinator
- Microsoft proficient
