DESCRIPTION
A global IT Services and Technology Specialist are currently looking for experienced Support Engineers to provide 1st Line / Service Desk IT support accross multiple Live Service clients. This will be an excellent opportunity for furthering a career within the IT domain for the right candidate and will allow you work together with one of the worlds leading ICT Service Providers.
To be successful you will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience within an IT or technical support environment.
- Strong and clear communications skills.
- Although little knowledge of 1st line support will be required - willingness, ability and drive to learn will be big factors in choosing the right candidate.
- Previous handling of customer service or ticketing systems will be desirable but not essential.
