Electronic Data Interchange Consultant

Job Summary:

• Will be coming in to work on EDI Implementation for the L&W and ABC pilots
•  Will be defining and publishing all EDI documents and standards that ABC / L&W supports for their vendors, customers and tech partners
•  Defining and publishing solution examples daily, defining partner expectations, SLA's and success metrics
• They will be managing backlogs and features related to EDI
•  Creating and publishing EDI User Guide
•  This person will act as product owner for all ABC Supply EDI capabilities and services offerings
• Manage partner relationships and onboarding of partners

Must Haves:

• Ability to take responsibility and act as the owner for all things EDI related.
•  Must be goal oriented and a Self-starter. This position requires the candidate to understand the needs, work to implement and manage the entire process with little assistance from IT Leadership.
• Great communication / poised - experience talking and working with vendors
•  EDI implementation experience
•  ERP Experience - Oracle or SAP experience
•  Should know the technical architectures of the components that move the EDI files around
•  Lead operational ownership of EDI capability
• Experience establish reporting where needed
• Act as escalation point and ensure time resolution of all issues
• Experience partnering with business teams on all EDI activities
•  Experience partnering with IT on any integrations as required
• Strong capability to work with trading partners and bring new partners into the new EDI system
• Will be working in Kleinschmidt *managed EDI and Data Integration Services (also working with SPS Commerce in the near term)
