Assignment Details

Role

  • Prove 2nd line technical support via various communication channels
  • Work closely with IT support staff to obtain technical knowledge to permanently solve main problems
  • Managing Hardware and providing breakfix support (monitors, keyboards, phones, printers)
  • Hardware incidents (Printers, Laptops, Desktop ) * Software incidents (O365, Windows 7/10, bespoke applications )
  • Participate in documentation of technical procedures

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an IT support environment
  • 3rd Level Diploma/Degree
  • Virtualisation support experience
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Networking, MS OS Windows, Sharepoint, Office 365, Active Directory, Backup, Windows and Windows Server
  • TCP/IP networking, Switches, Routers and wireless network exposure
  • Any of the following - CCNA, Comptia + or MCITP, MCSA.
