Assignment Details
You will be on charge of:
Maintenance and evolution of data synchronisation within the internal systems and the CRM tools
Maintenance and eventually evolution of the marketing automation flows
Monitoring of the processes, reacting when needed in case of incidences
Support the local teams with the CRM tools
Coordinate and follow up support tickets with the CRM tools providers
Train the local team with the use of the CRM tools
Coordinate and act as the link between the IT Development teams and Marketing for the migration to new CRM tools.
Required experience:
+2 years of Technical knowledge
Oracle Marketing Cloud tools experience (Oracle Responsys will be a plus) knowledge and experience integrating the system, configuration and operation
Mobile CRM platforms knowledge. Preferrable Accengage / Airship
SQL Database consulting experience
English (fluent)
Desirable (will be a plus):
knowledge in ETL programming with Pentaho Kettle or similar
Start Date: ASAP
Location: 100% remote (EU Citizen is required)
Contract: freelance
Duration: 3 months + extention
