Are you a seasoned IT Program Manager with a strong background in managing intricate carve-out projects? We are looking for an expert in IT infrastructure and applications to lead a high-impact carve-out within the real estate management sector. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless separation and the establishment of independent IT operations as part of a corporate divestiture.
 

Your Mission

As our IT Program Manager, you will take the reins of the entire carve-out process, ensuring that all IT systems and infrastructure are successfully transitioned and fully operational within the new entity. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to meet critical project milestones, driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Carve-Out Process: Oversee the end-to-end IT carve-out, ensuring that all infrastructure and applications are effectively separated and integrated into the new organization.
• Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that every aspect of the carve-out aligns with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams and maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and project milestones are met.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the transition, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate disruptions.
• Seamless Transition: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business units to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition, minimizing impact on business operations.
   

What You Bring

• Extensive Carve-Out Experience: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT carve-outs within complex corporate environments, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and data separation processes, with the ability to navigate technical challenges.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clarity and cohesion throughout the project lifecycle.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential for this role, enabling effective communication and collaboration with local and international teams.
• Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel to Finland as required and participate in on-site workshops, ensuring hands-on leadership during critical phases of the project.
