Assignment Details
An enterprise customer is looking for an experienced IT PMO Manager to set up and manage the PMO function for a large ERP Program.
· Support program governance setup
· Coordinate and enforce quality control and a phase gate-keeping process
· Track progress against an integrated program plan and support the program status reporting
· Resource management support incl. manage ressource overview
· Support the scheduling of any required workshops or meetings to support
· Manage onboarding / offboarding of resources
· Constructively challenge, whilst maintaining strong relationships across the business and within delivery teams
Your Qualifications
· Experience with industry standard best practice methods (i.e. PRINCE2)
· PMO experience from a global ERP transformation program
· Proven track record for handling similar tasks successfully
· Excellent IT PMO skills
· Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) with strong PowerPoint skills
· Excellent dependency mapping skills
· Good stakeholder management skills
· Experience with project planning incl. defining critical path
· Retail industry experience (nice to have)
· Knowledge of ServiceNow (nice to have)
· Experience working Agile (nice to have)
