Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to a team
- Act as first point of contact/face of the company for new and continuing clients, communicate client needs clearly to assigned project managers
- Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
- Maintain organized filing system
- Assisting with client invoicing and accounting duties
- Managing time and expense reporting
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well
- Must be show initiative, offer excellence in customer facing service, and have the discretion to discern escalation points and contacts
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Sales Support Experience
- Preferred manufacturing industry experience
- Excellent telephone and customer relations skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- Above average skills within Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Personable, reliable, and able to work as a team, or independently
