Summary
I have been working in the IT industry since 2003, locally as well as internationally. I am a solid bridge between the business side and the IT side. User needs and requirements are my passion. I endeavor to structure them in a logical way, clarify processes with flowcharts and transform high level requirements to detailed business and software requirements.
I love methodologies (like Design Thinking) that prioritize human needs through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. Therefore I am often involved in all stages of software development, from requirements analyses, UX design, information structuring to quality assurance (testing) and delivering the solution.
I have a strong sense of empathy, that I use to understand users' needs and requirements. I believe transparent communication increases the quality of work, and strengthens the relationships between colleagues, as well as stakeholders. With my curiosity, and social competence I have managed to find my ways through complex systems.
Professional Experience
2021-12 - Present
I lead a project for a new functionality, and gather and understand the business requirements, transform them to system requirements and acceptance criterias. I also make sure that they are built according to the stakeholders' needs.

* Lead, analyze and specify needs and requirements for 4 of the subprojects (client journal, invoicing, legal decisions on clients concerning coercive measures, absence and placement).
* Define and specify business processes and complex rules for user authorization and access rights for the software functionality.
* Prioritize work together with product owners.
A close collaboration with business specialists, developers, architects, testers, management and other project members was a prerequisite for a successful work.
When I started, the project had already started with developers writing requirements and specifications. They were so technical that the stakeholders didn't understand them and could not take any decisions. With my contribution we could start working with the requirements in a structured way, starting with user story mapping, high level requirements and continuing with writing user stories and acceptance criterias. All this in a language that the stakeholders could understand.

At Sveaskog, I had several different roles in the IT organization. I was the system specialist for the timber administrative system VACS, and was responsible for the product development and budget plan. I was a project manager, test leader, system designer and business-/requirements analyst for several projects.
A responsibility was to define the business and system requirements for sending e-invoices to customers and suppliers. It was a fun project with great cooperation between the team members.
Another project that I was leading was the implementation of GDPR rules in Sveaskog's IT systems.
