Program/Project manager with more than 15 years of professional
experience working with IT applications and technical teams within large
organizations across different industries. He has led a variety of different
large-scale and complex IT projects and agile programmes, which has given

As Program Manager, Kim led the Implementation of Agile practices and principles in nine DevSecOps teams based on the XP/Scrum framework supporting more than 60 systems. He was accountable for the team's deliveries and value add to business. This included devising and implementing Lean continuous process improvements to optimise outcomes of all teams, while building resilience across teams to easily handle on- and offboarding.
Results of the agile transformation include a decreased time-to-market by 50%, reduced maintenance by 20 ppt., increased employee satisfaction (eNPS) by 30% as well as more predictable deliveries from the teams. development, he insourced development of 40 developers to Falck in the period while building new Ways of Working with the teams centered on fast feedback, quality i.e., understanding the code, small batches, pairing and software craftmanship for more than 100 applications used by Falck including many old monolithic applications that we decomposed.
Quality increased significantly, project deliveries became more predictive, and the teams cared about understanding the products they were working on by having more dialogue with customers. This yielded a significant increase in the total feature throughput across the applications.
Furthermore, increasing the use on data tracking and analysis enabling a decreased lead time and an overall faster end-to-end delivery process for the supported applications.
Secondly, Kim managed the program for doing a business transfer of the national radio network in Denmark supporting the fire dispatching in many Danish municipalities. This involved a lot of different stakeholders covering unions, business, authorities, and technical people to allow a seamless transition with no down time on such a mission critical service.

Program managed the fixed line transition of the BSS systems over a twoyear period, with the aim of migrating to a new Chinees platform that had Professional experience never operated in the European market. A big part of this was to convey the technical understanding to the new vendor on how a fixed line business is supported.

Professional experience GlobalConnect A/S: Implement new IT operating model and selecting a new Network Monitoring platform As a Senior Project Manager for GlobalConnect, Kim headed the implementation of the crawl phase of a new IT operating model aimed at making the IT operations more efficient and get a better MTTR on IT issues to facilitate the primary customer production support systems. Due to strong OCM the project was a huge success with zero down time and improvements to the operational support from the go-live date with happy stakeholders.
Secondly, Kim drove the selection process for a new data network monitoring system. Initial scope was to roll out the current platform in their Swedish operation, but it was identified that the commercial terms did not scale and the feature set for the current application would not be able to support the future target operating model for the company. This involved coordinating with stakeholders across the Nordic business units and navigating previously acquired companies and their legacies.

Lead a team of 12 people fully focused on XP to support the CBB application ecosystem that supported a yearly revenue of +1.1 BDKK. We managed daily production releases, new features to production in less than 2 days, no dead code on the platform, full CI/CD, everyone did pairing when working and when something happened, which was rarely, then we did full swarming of the issue and MTTR was always counted in minutes and hours. Software was built according to SOLID principles and always passed on code reviews.
Development was done using TDD and was for some areas transitioned to SBE where stakeholders were mature enough. Strong involvement with end users to ensure early adaptation of the application changes being done.

Leading a successful transformation of older and unstable application platforms within the IT department.
