Summary
Senior consultant with extensive experience in business analysis and requirement
analysis in development projects, product ownership and product management
according to agile methods/Scrum. I have also experience of being a Scrum Master,
experience within business and process development, project management (Scrum and
traditional waterfall model) and user acceptance testing (UAT) within mainly telecom
and IT industries.
I am a driven doer, who facilitate good communications within the team and with other
teams and stakeholders in the role as a product owner/product manager or a requirement
analyst.
My experience is broad. I have been working in product owner/ product manager roles
for customer self-service portals and CRM systems including tasks as managing
product backlog and sprint backlog, being responsible for sprint planning, sprint
reviews and coordinating development teams as well as coordinating with stakeholders.
I have worked closely with business and development teams, from business need to
released functionality as a requirement analyst. I am used to be the link between the
business organization and the IT organization and have extensive experience of
collecting and documenting requirements. I have also had the role as Scrum master. I
have been working as project manager for development projects - developed according
to scrum and waterfall methodology. I have worked with improving and developing
new business processes, and I have worked with UAT.
