Summary

I like to participate in all phases of the project, from pre-analysis, through
analysis and design, to testing and implementation of the system.

My strong side, as I have shown through previous projects, is an good
ability to have control and overview of the situation and ability to spot
possible problems in the project, as well as always have ready
suggestions for the next step and possible solution to the problems.

I am a nice person with a sense of humor and I participate actively in
discussions with opinions and knowledge.

I am married and have 3 children. In my spare time, I practice jogging
and may take an hour at the gym.

I can perform roles as senior Java developer, technical project lead or
architect, with core competencies within implementing, maintaining and
integrating of critical systems into major banking, insurance, e-commerce
and telecommunications sectors, including strong related backend skills.

During the period 2007-2016 I have worked intensively with major
projects in SDC - including the "Storbrand Project", which included
integration from employee portal to the Netbank portal. On several
projects for SDC, I acted as developer, architect, tester and technical Lead
for teams in India, Poland and Denmark. In addition, I have strong
experience in development and testing according to the agile methods
(Scrum).

Through my own company Despotsoft, I have partnered with LINK
Network since 2012 and developed a trading platform. Here I have
worked with modern technologies and tools like Angular, iOS, Jira and
Confluence. I have also developed several mobile apps. My role on those
projects are Scrum Master and Architect.

Wide knowledge and experience with Java, Weblogic, Maven, Eclipse,
JavaScript, HTML, Angular, REST, TFS, Git-Hub, Oracle and JSP for
major organizations such as SDC, IBA, Topdanmark, KMD and CBB
Mobile.
