ALIGNIT Since April 2020, I have been working as a project-based consultant.
Selected work: ● Muski Copenhagen: Home & lifestyle e-commerce startup with production in India and Portugal. I work with market research, pricing, finance, SoMe, analytics, and digital platform (Shopify etc.).
● Costamare Bulkers: Shipping company established as a new dry bulk venture with NYSE-listed container shipping company, Costamare Inc. I am in charge of setting up the IT organization for the whole group, with HQ in Athens and branch offices in Denmark, Germany, Singapore, and Bulgaria.

IT Relation A/S bought all shares in TechBiz ApS, and I was head of merging the companies. My primary responsibilities were monthly reporting to the new owner, P/L, and managing internal and client-side IT projects.

With TechBiz, I followed my dream of building a company focused on Managed IT Services. Our mission was to sell fixed fee IT-service-contracts, which was a new approach at the time. We retained and grew our annual recurring revenue by focusing on excellent customer service and fair pricing--nothing else.

 

I was in charge of sales, service management, finance, and people. The company was successful and profitable from day one, with steady growth rates every year, and in 2018 we sold all shares to IT Relation A/S.
