Summary
The most important part of a well-functioning IT setup is a focus on the
employees and their needs, to ensure it works for those who use it.
I enjoy collaborating with others and emphasize effective communication
to make collaboration easier across teams and departments.
With a holistic approach to IT, I assist in planning and implementing
changes to optimize and automate systems and processes, tailoring them
to the specific workflows and employees.
My biggest motivator is working alongside people and helping
alleviate frustrations for employees to make work more enjoyable
for them.
It is of course also fun and one of my key skills to dive deeper into
the more technical and nerdy aspects.
I’m a very laid-back person even when the tempo and pressure is
high. A smile on the lips and contributing to a good work
atmosphere is part of the package.
New challenges and unexpected errors are a part of daily life as an
IT professional and are always greeted with open arms.
I have a systematic approach to tasks, where communication
across all involved parties plays a central role. I emphasize
establishing a solid foundation and finding our needs to ensure the
end result is as complete as possible.
In my view, technology is only the final 20% of a solution. While its
functionality is of course critical, it builds upon the first 80% which
encompasses employee needs, business requirements, desired
workflows, existing workflows, and setups, all of which form the
foundation and reason for the setup.
If we start with a shoddy foundation and vision, we'll end up with a
sloppy outcome.
I always strive for a positive experience throughout the process,
both for those working on the task and those who are gonna use it
after, as it makes working more enjoyable for everyone

My focus was on building upon existing automation and setting up new processes, scripts & reporting as well as application management for business critical applications and integrations across the business.
We had collaboration across the whole business, with many different project and management groups, where we in cooperation supported their tasks, IT solutions and IT automation so it improved their workflows and employee’s efficiency.
