We are looking for you as:

has long and solid practical experience in interaction design, can lead others and perform work in customer involvement, concept design, detail design and evaluation.

• together with product owners and our agile teams, create direction in design that helps meet our product goals and impact goals.
• has good experience of presenting and motivating design decisions for project owners, product owners, teams and stakeholders.
• has long and solid experience of applying different communication styles to target groups and situations so that everyone who needs to understand understands.

Collaborate with project management and other management functions as well as other collaborative projects according to established forms of collaboration.

The consultant must have at least the following:

• 10 years of experience in Concept design, interaction design, accessibility and user-friendliness WCAG 2.0, user studies and user tests (from all phases from planning to analysis) and development of IT systems
• 10 years of experience in holding meetings and workshops, and presenting solutions and concepts within project teams and for stakeholders
• 10 years of experience in structured work with requirements by collecting and documenting requirements from focus groups or other similar groups
• 5 years experience of leading UX design project members in agile and user-focused development projects and assignments
• 5 years practical experience in relevant tools (eg Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq)
