Oracle HCM Talent Management SME

Our direct client is looking for a SME within Oracle HCM ( Talent Management module for sure ) that can client face and be hands-on lead type.  

Proven recent/relevant hands on experience and project work with:

• Oracle HCM – Talent Management , Core and Recruiting
• Case Management tool
• Gathering client requirements, testing, granting access, and creating customized reports

Overall Responsibilities:

• The Oracle HCM Talent Management Advanced Analyst is responsible for Talent Management Domain specific knowledge, functional expertise and operational support of Talent Administration systems and processes with a primary focus on Talent, Performance and Goals Administration.
• The Advanced Analyst will also act as a resource and SME for the other analysts on the team and across the domain on Oracle HCM applications.
• This position involves client interaction and requires a motivated and proactive applicant.
• The Advanced Analyst will lead projects, tasks, activities and CRs related to their work stream as it pertains to the Oracle HCM suite; identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and then implement business or functional solutions.
• This role will lead and sponsor process creation, improvement initiatives, and changes within the domain.
