JDE EOne ERP System Tech Lead (Italian Speaking) - €340 per day

8+ years of professional experience in implementing and supporting JDE EOne ERP System.
• Must possess expertise in the following JDE Manufacturing Modules: Shop Floor Management/Configuration, Inventory Management/Configuration, MRP/MPS/DRP Configuration, Quality Module Configuration, Purchasing/Receiving Configuration, Product Costing Configuration, Other modules that would be a plus are the Sales & Distribution and Finance modules.
• Must have experience in leading ASM engagements
• Understanding of service levels, service management, service catalog
• Must possess extensive experience working with 3rd party interfaces
• Must possess ability to design and deliver process maps with documentation
• Experience in JDE EOne versions 8.11 and/or 9.1) is required.

3-5 Years of relevant work experience. Very good communication skills, Should be able to read, write, understand Italian & English, prior experience of client interaction, Client Relationship Building skills, IT Background with working knowledge of MS Office Apps. Prior experience of working as a Team Lead in an IT Support environment. Conversant with ITIL Support processes.
