Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Level 1 and 2 helpdesk
  • Installation, Support and maintenance of computers, servers & network
  • Installation, Support and maintenance of software
  • Creating and maintaining Documentations
  • Support users in Office 365
  • Provide trainings to employees
  • Support global locations as required

 

Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a similar role (level 1-2)
  • Experience supporting Windows, Mac, servers, networks, mobile, virtual and cloud environments.
  • A quick learner with the ability to prioritise and manage our workload effectively
  • A valid driving license
  • Availability to travel to other company locations within South East QLD and Northern NSW
  • Experience in Office 365, SharePoint and Salesforce is beneficial
