Delivery Manager / Project Management, AMOA

This project aims at reenginering clinical study processes, renewing the clinical applications landscape, adapting organization, catalyzing innovation for external and internal users and changing mindset towards cost effective performance in execution.

Background/context

Over customized processes diverging from market standards, obsolete supporting tools and technologies and room to better seize opportunities in Clinical Innovation have been identified as pain points impacting R&D Clinical Operations and beyond performance.
Currently, OPEX of the current systems and interfaces grows regularly to keep the clinical IS in production leading to more maintenance costs, less data quality and consistency, less robustness and security, lack of interoperability, less scalability and loss of knowledge. Risks of critical remarks on noncompliance to MR001 (CNIL personal data regulation for clinical trials) have been also identified due to aged systems. At business level, on top of customized processes impacting day to day productivity, this generates resources overconsumption and risk of errors due to multiple old tools and connections, storage of data independently without consistency leading to an impact on reporting.
Being able to work with efficient standardized processes and systems with the required agility will enrich and accelerate decision making processes and gives competitive advantage to Client.

Details of the requested service:

Ensure the delivery and consistency of the stream process, organization, archiving or change from Oct 2020, 1st until Project Go Live (planned Q2 2022)
Plan in collaboration with stream leaders and domain leaders the roadmap of the stream
Day-to-day stream project management and coordination with the 6 domains
Ensure the end-to-end stream delivery
Report progress towards Program Management Office on Q/T/C, risks and alerts on the stream
Support cross-validation of all stream deliverables with each Domain Leads & Process Owner (Process, Change, Organization, archiving and IT)
