Consultant task – Program Managers or Project Managers (full time, Copenhagen)

For a financial client we are looking for Program – or Project Managers who can take a leading responsibility for complex technical projects.
 
The roles will be of different seniority spanning over the following competences:
- Able to support planning, organizing, and directing operations of projects
- Leads parts of teams or coached different internal and external stakeholders
- Translate metrics and objectives into meaningful intelligence and actions
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing projects
- Lead teams consisting of different internal and external stakeholders
- Translate metrics and objectives into meaningful intelligence and actions
- Manage expectations as well as track risks and benefits
- Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
- Delegate large teams across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate and manage interaction with Senior stakeholder and management
- Understanding customer requirements and business objectives
- Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
- Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff.

It is a big plus if the candidates have experience with the financial sector (or another regulated sector).
Start: between 1st of April and 1st of June (dependent on your availability).
