We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer and Experienced Solutions Architect to be part of establishing a new development team.

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with the business objectives. You will work closely with other developers, mentor developers, and contribute to the strategic direction of the technology stack.
 

Key Responsibilities

Development and Architecture:

• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
• Develop scalable and maintainable code.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our technology stack cutting-edge.
   

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
   

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
   

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with over 5 years of development experience.
• Expertise in C#/.NET, React, and ARM.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Skilled in conducting and leading workshops.
• Familiarity with the Finance and Insurance industries.
• Extensive experience as a solutions architect.
