Consultant Design et UX

The expert consultant is positioned as an advisor to the manager of the Design department. 

His tasks are the following :
Accompany the team manager in the organization projects :
Fine tune the organization and ensure smooth operations with product teams
Fine tune the ways of working, especially the implementation of an efficient design system
Give advice in the evolution of the roles and skills of our designers
Accompany and advise the team in their delivery :
Organize design review to share expertise with the team
Accompany each member of the team in leveraging the design tools that are adapted to each situation
Help them limit their dependency to external players / internalize more steps of the design process

We expect a consultant with the following skills :
Extensive knowledge of design (UX and UI) with operational practice of several years in big transport/ aviation companies, or agencies with comparable customers. We are expecting this person to be the most skilled person of the team.
Good cross-cultural capability (proved in practice) to work in a multinational environment. Full proficiency in the practice of English.
Good sense of organization and politics
