Assignment Details

Job Summary:
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, including management of another contractor, currently within the Global Commercial team.

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
     

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, including management of another contractor, currently within the Global Commercial BTS team.
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

     

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Create in concert with BTS communication and Commercial Business communication the overall Commercial BTS communication strategy to The new Commercial (Allergan and ABBVIE) BTS organization
  • Act as a the liaison to communication and change management streams
  • Tactically manage and produce key messages and other content for delivery in appropriate channels
  • Assess and customize business messages from BTS for commercial

     

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
     


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors

 

Skills:

  • Change management (3 years of experience is required)
  • Documentation skills (3 years of experience is required)
  • Technical Writing (3 years of experience is required)
