Progressed from UX/UI designer consultant to CPO, demonstrating leadership qualities and a commitment to the company's mission. Managed a remote team of 15 developers, effectively communicating feature priorities through writing acceptance criterias and guiding agile planning, resulting in successful platform releases.

Co-founded Ceretai and successfully launched the company in the German market through participation in Next Media Accelerator. Designed the initial version of our B2B platform, "Diversity Dashboard, " utilizing insights generated from our cutting-edge ML algorithms. Led project management efforts with external tech partners to optimize and refine our algorithms and data.

UX/UI designer for Tele2 play - movies and series streaming platform for TV and web. Main responsibility was Android tablet and Samsung TV app. I worked in a design team with 4 other designers and was the assigned designer for the Android developer team.
