As a leader and part of the management team for a company in constant change, it is required to cut in where necessary, which meant that I had the privilege of simultaneously working in several different roles throughout the entire operation:
- As Consultant Manager and Business Unit Director (2015-2022), I had ultimate responsibility for the unit's P&L, growth and well-being as well as various teams' delivery of web and e-com solutions to customers in a number of different industries. Yearly client and employee satisfaction rates were over 4 out of 5.
- As Head of Talent Acquisition (2016-2022), I was responsible for increasing the company's delivery capabilities, without sacrificing quality. Valtech went from hiring ~40 professionals in 2016 to over 100 in 2021 and 2022.
- As Head of Talent Program (2017-2022), I was responsible for a training program that in three months onboarded newly graduated engineers to become delivering consultants in client assignments. The program onboarded 25 to 40 tech and UX talents yearly 2017-2022.
