Committed Senior Project Manager with an active and flexible approach to the given responsibilities, and I thrive in a dynamic environment. I’m motivated by the concept of bringing an idea to implementation and anchoring.
I have extensive experience in infrastructure projects, and have done two major server migration projects, as well as several minor server migrations including application transformations.
Certified within SAFe, Prince 2, Scrum and with +15 years of experience I have gained a wide and solid knowledge within project- and program management, where I have been part of teams that have delivered results and value within large as well as minor efforts.
My way of working is structured, with a strong focus on business benefits, solving the problems at hand as well as ensuring a sound risk approach to overcome future obstacles. I have experience with both agile and waterfall methods and have focus on the best method aligned with the given project.

* Migration of approximately 200 legacy servers to updated servers in Azure

* Definition and management of project to upgrade the AD servers and deletion of inactive users.
* Implementation of new BI "analytical factory" based on SAS and Teradata
* Program responsible of strategic initiative about reduction of downtime of business critical environments (upgrading of several SW and HW environments)
* Contract negotiations and clarifications with Indian partner TCS, and cooperation with their project managers and teams.

* Migration of all AD servers from Win2003 to Win2012 and deletion of approx. 20.000 inactive users.
* Implementation of BI environment that handled churn on a strategic area.
* Through cooperation with a huge amount of resources we defined and implemented HA of 3 business critical areas.
