According to a region-wide decision within Region Skåne, a personnel and staffing system will be implemented. Jesse got the chance to strengthen the project as Technical Project Manager when the existing Project Manager choosed to move on to other tasks.

As a project manager, Jesse was responsible for the progress of the test-driven IT development project in close cooperation with the product owner, from start to finish.
