Jesse had the overall responsibility as project manager to lead the project from customer vision to product in a test-driven way together with the product owner. The work consisted of the entire chain of the project; from planning, project finance / budget, facilitation of requirements collection, documentation and breakdown in backlog, stakeholder management (internal to steering group - externally to customer), supplier management (technical integrations to third party systems), risk manager for delivery and rollout on time, within budget and with high quality. As IT Project Manager for the important Online Payments project, Jesse was responsible for ensuring that the IT implementation of new payment methods for new markets / consumers continued according to the program plan, the received IT budget was maintained and best practise was followed. To lead and ensure that the IT work, within Online Payments, continues as planned without hindrance with the help of close stakeholder management both internally (for other projects with dependence on Payment) and externally (for supplier (payment provider) and countries (customer)). A successful rollout of Payments does not only end with the technical conditions but requires a lot of business work and change management to get the line organization on the train. New processes, policies, routines and more need to be put in place.

After that, he led the test-driven development project (requirements breakdown, coordination, planning, etc.) and drove through the initial pilot tests from both a hardware and software perspective on the site in Lund together with a customer.
