Senior Project Manager with core competencies in managing and delivering business-critical IT Applications and a wide range of infrastructure on many projects in larger organizations across a wide range of sectors - including strong contemporary experience with managing resources and facilitating process workshops both within a waterfall and agile framework.
During the period 2013-2022, the consultant has acted as a Senior Project Manager and Agile Coach in the financial and Insurance sector at SDC, Nordea, NETS, JN-Data and Tata Consulting respectively. This included estimating resource needs, internal negotiations between departments, and between departments, PMO and projects. It also included allocating and sourcing a great range of IT professionals. The consultant has great in-depth knowledge about Infrastructure projects, including scoping, developing, migrating and hyper care processes.
A strong Manager and communicator, with great business understanding and the ability to communicate with Stakeholders at all levels, both on the customer side, with internal Management and team project members.

The project was in crisis, with a lack of clear governance structure. The Sr Project Manager addressed this and helped the company to perform a turnaround by securing a focus on dependencies and resource allocation within the organization Process description: The consultant was responsible for the following: ● Responsible for the overall scope of the project ● Detailed cutover plan - move groups.
● Ensure and facilitate delivery of move group 5-13 ● Responsibility for ART planning and replanning and scope refinement with customer ● Responsible for daily project status meetings and representing TCS on weekly Steerco meetings.

The consultant reviewed Omada's 4-week Foundation training in the OIS platform and the IAM/IGA domain.
Process description: The consultant was responsible for the following: ● Responsible for a complex IAM implementation project at a municipality-approx 1400 hours ● Secure and facilitate workshops on Update of all customer processes within Identity Lifecycle management ● Responsible for resource management on all projects.
● Detailed cutover material for IAM Go Live at Bank customer ● Responsible for daily scrum standup meetings ● Ongoing creation and update of Teams Kanban board ● Responsible for grooming and retrospective sessions ● Ongoing stakeholder management and management reporting ● Delivered a solution to an insurance customer who ensured they could run their May survey ● Preparation of detailed outline for new Statement of Work (1800 hours) ● Responsible for change management process on all three customers ● Responsible for the development of the IGA Governance document for Copenhagen municipality Result: Achieved high customer satisfaction while being on budget. Was successful in saving time and also ensured Agile project deliveries to all three customers.

The project was in crisis, with no clear scope and had already been in operation for 2 years when the consultant was hired. The project manager addressed this and helped the company to perform turnaround by securing new and clear scope as well as an agile plan for achieving the new goals.
Process description: The consultant was responsible for the following: ● Responsible for the overall scope of the project ● Detailed cutover material ● Ensure and facilitate scoping workshops # 1-10 ● Responsibility for sprint planning and backlog refinement on 3 teams ● Reporting the team's progress in Confluence, Jira, and Jira portfolio ● Responsible for daily scrum meetings and attending scrum-of-scrum meetings ● Responsible for implementing SAFe across the program ● Ensure the team makes good user stories and focuses on customer value and quality - together with the project's PO ● Ensure knowledge sharing between teams and between team and project organization ● Prepare and facilitate the implementation of SAFe ● Help the team identify obstacles and solve them ● Communication and management of stakeholders at both operational and strategic level Result: The project was brought back on track and the consultant ensured the preparation of an overall project plan that made it possible to deliver on the remaining contract elements.
