Résumé

Passionate about working efficiently within the Microsoft 365 environment. I will show teams
how to handle their daily tasks more efficient, by supporting the users and teach them to be
comfortable and knowledgeable about the tools they need to handle. Class room training or
individual training should be an ongoing feature within the company so the users can benefit
and timelines can be adhered to.

The usual model I create is training SharePoint online site owners, support them to structure
the sites according to their needs. Once the site is structured the site owners will be able to
show the contributors of the site the ideas and thoughts of how to best work together.
Immediately the site owners are then the team members point of contact, which enables
them to work independent from IT.

Strategically setting up the environment to make it easy to adapt for future wants and needs.

I continuously monitor and maintain the office 365 platform, structure it and the SharePoint
Online sites keeping in mind the teams/management needs besides making working with
externals very easy.

I enjoy keeping up with the ongoing changes within the Office 365 environment, this by
attending workshops, webinars and SharePoint Saturdays several times a year, so accurate
decisions can be made when new features are enabled/added.

Supporting management and enabling them to share knowledge and show good practice to
the rest of company as they are the leaders.

This all being a person with high energy levels, which enables me to continuously drive tool
acceptance and usage.
Dutch and English are spoken fluent, French, German and Spanish up to conversational level,
enables me to work out of the box on international level. I've been an expert in SharePoint
Online (modern sites and Classic) and gained deep knowledge of all the Office 365 Apps.
Worked with SharePoint from the 2001 version on Premise and Office 365 from 2011 when
released.
