As BM, I propelled startup of Servitization as a new consulting business area and built
foundational internal business-case and IP in the shape of a servitization framework. I
also guided and supported setup of a new business development structure and -
process and in this guided a new head-of-business in sales of competence-consulting, also contributing marketing analysis, setup of customer sessions and supporting those.
I also contributed to the marketing of the company by several blogpost and podcasts.
